Ms. Bracey is a principal in Benevolent Capital Partners, LLC leading our research and new business efforts. Prior to BCP, Ms Bracey was with Goldman Sachs & Co. for seven years, most recently as a Vice President in Investment Banking, Financial Sponsors Group. Ms. Bracey managed the financial aspects of the business unit including the P&L of the division. Prior to the Financial Sponsors Group, Ms. Bracey was a Vice President in the Global Investment Research and the New Media/Commerce Group where she created models and prepared research for companies and industries.
Prior to Goldman Sachs, Ms. Bracey worked with Spear Street Capital in San Francisco as one of three investment professionals focused on acquiring office properties in distressed markets. Ms. Bracey created models, analyzed projects and recommended investment opportunities. She was involved in all aspects of the start-up process including raising Spear Capital Fund I which closed in excess of $100 million.
Ms. Bracey began her career as a Financial Analyst in Investment Banking for Goldman Sachs & Co. where she performed merger and acquisition advisory, public and private market equity financings, restructurings and divestiture assignments primarily in the retail, high technology, health care, consumer products industries.
Ms. Bracey attended the London School of Economics and graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia. |
