Octagon Partners is a diversified investment partnership focused on real estate, primarily in the central Virginia market, with a primary focus on land aggregation, site repositioning and entitlement, renovation of older buildings and infill projects. Octagon distinguishes itself from other developers by providing strategic value-add resources to a project and focusing on deals which may not be able to be handled by traditional development teams. Octagon believes in optimizing value creation by project diversification, market differentiation and market–leading execution.
Currently, Octagon manages eight real estate developments. The projects are diversified across a mix of use (mixed-use, residential, office, retail) as well as development type (urban infill, land aggregation, renovation of older buildings, site repositioning).
