Benevolent Capital Partners is a value oriented investor that seeks capital growth through a long-term partnership with management. We seek companies that have developed sustainable earnings power through proprietary products or a defensible market position. Post-acquisition, we add value as active board members maintaining regular contact with a company’s CEO or President.
We typically keep current management in place and seek to align our interests with management by providing meaningful equity incentives. However, in the case of a management that desires to retire or leave, we will identify and develop a new management team.
We invest a significant amount of capital at the time of acquisition and have access to additional capital to facilitate growth through the expansion of existing facilities, the purchase of new equipment, and/or the acquisition of complementary businesses.
Our industries of interest include manufacturers of niche products, high value-added distributors, and service businesses serving industries with strong growth components. In addition, we are interested in companies with real estate components or serving the real estate market. |
